Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
We ship mainly from China however, we work with a network of global dropshipping partners. Your item may be shipped from different locations depending on the product and your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, orders are processed and we can no longer guarantee changes. Since most items are personalised, we may not be able to cancel once production begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and other secure payment options provided at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays and promotional periods. Personalised items may require extra time to craft before shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our items are made to order and shipped from global partners, orders typically arrive in 7–28 business days. Some may arrive sooner depending on your location and the product type.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a refund or replacement if appropriate.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by location. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because all items are made-to-order and customised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged.
What should I do if I received a defective or wrong item?
Please email us at info@forkeepsonly.com with your order number, a description, and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our supplier to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Do you offer gift packaging or notes?
Some of our suppliers offer gift packaging or custom notes. If you have a special request, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
